Today I had to replace a flat tire in a pinch. Wyatt (Service Advisor) was phenomenal to work with! The worries I had surrounding the situation were quickly diffused. He was professional, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. Although the tire I needed was at a warehouse elsewhere in town, he told me it would take about 45 minutes to receive the tire and they would get things going as soon as they had it. Great place to deal with for sales and service
Terrible experiences all three times I’ve gone there. The sales representative does not return phone calls or answer his phone when called. When servicing our truck, we never got a call with updates when it’d be done. When we called, the sales rep working with our truck didn’t answer so we had to physically go there to get answers. I won’t return.
I get great results every oil change for my 150 and my explorer. Thank you👍
