It started out as a simple oil change, but changed into a full day work on the Edge!! I was treated with the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Kept in the loop with all things that were found wrong and broke on the car and Sara did a fabulous job of getting the job done by the end of the day!! I am very happy with the Ford Service Center and Sara!!

I have owned a 2002 Escape since 2003 when purchased wrecked. Majority of re-building and maintenance has been done by me, the vehicle has served us very well but has less than 28K miles on it. Recently - - a right turn signal would start wipers, starting wipers tripped off cruise, right fog would not light, turning on fogs would start wipers kill cruise and kill radio.
