Today the weather was horrible with lots of rain and wind. While on interstate the bottom plastic shield on my Escape blew loose and was dragging and making all kinds of noise. I pulled into Sioux Falls Ford as they were locking their doors. Having worked in many jobs, I know how it is when someone pulls in when you’re about to leave. The guys who were still there were kind and didn’t act like I was a pain even though I know I was. I greatly appreciate the great customer service Andrew and the service department provided during a very frustrating and extensive repair process! I bought my vehicle used just less than a year ago from the budget lot and have had a number of unexpected mechanical problems and Sioux Falls Ford helped take care of all the issues.
