RecommendedIncredible customer service from Sioux Falls Ford. I worked with Connor and he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I normally find buying a car a stressful process. Not this time! And my kids love the new vehicle. Kudos to the whole Sioux Falls Ford team!!

i will usually recommend Ford to anyone however in this one instance of having a recall inspection which passed no one came and told me that it was finished they had to look for the paperwork and it had already bn filed in the bin where they put them after customers signs so even though customer service and beginning and end were good it was a fail for no notification it had bn completed

Just purchased a used pickup from their budget lot on 8/05/2020. Realized I had a key issue the next day, involving certain features only being accessible through a OEM key. The key provided unbeknownst to them, was a generic key. They fixed me up with some OEM keys, and saved this old Vet. a ton of money. Being on a tight budget as I am, it was awesome. Very good service, and friendly technicians who handled my frustration with patience and diplomacy. Very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

i would recommend all services, and if i needed to buy a new vehicle, i am sure they would be the best option.. i can't say enough about the gentle, excellent service..
