I had a wonderful buying experience at Sioux Falls Ford, everyone was so accommodating. Ending up buying a new Ford Edge. All the sales associates were very pleasant. My salesman was awesome in explaining every detail of the car and getting things set up for me. Bought my last car a 2017 Escape, from Sioux Falls Ford as well. Will be back again in a couple of years.(The good Lord willing).

Rob Warden sold us a Ford XLT Sport pickup today. He was very professional, respectful of our privacy, courteous and easy to work with. I especially liked that he listened to our requirements and showed us what we wanted and all the options. We spent less time there to buy a vehicle than anywhere else! The customer service was excellent!! Angel at the budget lot on East 10th went above and beyond to make sure we got in the vehicle we wanted. He put up with my multiple phone calls reminding them that I was interested in a specific vehicle and made sure to notify us as soon as it was available. He was honest, straight forward and made sure we knew what inspections the vehicle went through, what passed/failed and what the body shop did to ready our vehicle.
