After endless hours of researching the best exercise and eating plan for me, I finally scheduled an appointment at this gym. I joined the same day. I have not been a member for long, but have already seen more results than I did doing my own research. I know that my efforts at home would fall far short of what I've achieved with Travis. I highly recommend

This gym and the trainers are the best! I switched over from another gym and have been here for a month now. They are so personable and actually care about their customers. The classes are great, I have seen so much progress in myself in just 4 short weeks. I don't dread going to work out and I am extremely motivated thanks to the coaching. The entire experience is perfect. I would highly recommend this place!
I really enjoy the atmosphere and the people. Whether you're a newby or you have years of experience, this is a great place to work out. The trainers are great and they can help you meet your fitness goals. As I was running on he treadmill yesterday I was looking up at their wall above my head which had pictures of clients who have lost between 10 and over 100 lbs and there are a lot of picture on that wall.
