Mixed experiences here. Mostly pretty good, but one unpleasant enough that I will now avoid this location. My advice: if you don't get a friendly and confidence-inspiring welcome from your phlebotomist, bail and reschedule.
Friendly staff answered all of my questions. As this was the first time I have donated.
Just want thank Alex for being awesome. First time donor and she was kind, patient, and easy to talk too.
