Absolutely Great People and Service. My truck was hit by another semi pulling out of their parking stall in the early morning. The driver side bumper was bent straight out. Dave Miller and Luke jumped to the plate, bent the bumper back into place. They got me back on the road in no time. Thanks again guys!
Absolutely horrible service. I will not step foot back in this place after I just got charged $650 for a coolant flush! Take your money elsewhere! Go to peterbilt and they charge $250 for coolant flush.
They fixed my truck. They didn’t try to tell me my truck was falling apart to get more work. They were honest and they did great work. I am very happy. If I’m ever up this way and my truck gives up I hope I am close by bc it hard to find a shop worth a shit anymore. These guys are great
What a great group of people. Service department went out of their way to assist me. Shuttled me back and forth from the motel without hesitation. Friendly, honest and understanding!!
Its a damn wonder this place stays in business. Worst customer service I have ever seen and its been this way for years. Wont answer any questions because they want you to bring your truck into their shop. Ive stopped in over the years to look at trucks on their lot but couldnt get a salesman to get up from his desk and show any kind of interest in helping or answering any questions. I guess the "one-truck owner" doesnt mean anything here....but i bet if a couple of their fleet contracts went away they would treat individual... read more
