I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wineski and his entire staff. What stands out most is the consistency of excellent care. The staff is welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. They go out of their way to accommodate appointments and you never feel rushed during your visit. Dr. Wineski is compassionate , meticulous, and a highly skilled doctor who takes the time to answer all questions and explain everything so thoroughly. I’m truly grateful to be under his care.
Both me and my daughter have had sinus surgery completed through them, and everything before and after was completely professional, everyone was nice, and there were no issues with scheduling.
No one at this location wants to answer the phone no matter what day or time of day it is. I don't even think they know how to answer a phone at this point. I have consistently tried calling up to get my surgery scheduled because no one will reach out to me. I have called every single day, and the call just times out and the surgery scheduler just goes straight to voicemail with no one getting back to you. I have tried to pay my bill multiple times with these people, but I am always placed on hold. I do not have time to be placed on hold every time that I call. These people must not care about getting paid or they have done received their insurance money from my company. Also, their front office staff if very rude and disrespectful.
Had an appointment at 115 when I arrived after sitting a bit i was told they didn’t have all the completed test ,so they could not see me ,and they said they tried reaching out to me at 11 oclock , witch they actually did not , my fone had no messages or missed calls,, + plus calling 2 hours before my appointment is unacceptable ,I live in north Mississippi i drove 5 hours just to not be seen because of their incompetence, needless to say, i found a ENT doctor,, Geez
