Avoid this guy at all cost. The $890 he charged for the “Residential Comfort Survey” was a waste of money and the reason why Geothermal gets sometimes gets such a bad reputation. The “Residential was nothing more than a couple of "cost savings" and "efficiency numbers" if I installed a geothermal unit. Neither his quote nor the "energy audit" contained any details.
