Very professional. Answered all my questions!
We ordered a appraisal for the purchase of our new home. The appraisal was not fair to market value. The appraisal was submitted two weeks after the appraising team said it was completed. There wasn't any repairs or condition requirements noted on the appraisal that would have decreased the value. The home is 7 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 2774 sqft and fully renovated. The home was compared to other homes that were only 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms out of the rural county that the home is in. The comparable homes were sold ... read more
