They offered advice that saved me thousands of dollars when they could have increased their profit. They connected me with my warranty, a reputable plumber, and corrected MY mistake with a kind attitude. Love, love, love those folks. I say, go there and forget the rest!

We worked with both Erica and Kimberly at Sink & Spout … the process could not have been any easier! Top notch service! They worked with us while we changed our minds constantly on different fixtures for our bathroom while being so helpful, giving suggestions that truly made sense that we might not have thought of otherwise. Highly recommend a visit to their Rochester showroom if you’re doing a new kitchen or bathroom!
What a wonderful experience picking out bathroom fixtures with Shelly. Besides being friendly, professional and knowledgeable, she has a designer's eye for color and textures, which was much appreciated by myself and partner. We especially love the cooper sink and other choices, which we would have been lost without her assistance. Additionally, she gave us great advice on kitchen fixtures, even though we were not sure yet whether are builder is going with provider for those items.
