Erica was amazing! Loved working with her as she is so knowledgeable, patient and flexible!

I had the opportunity to visit the Rochester NH showroom today. I came in to make an appointment to choose options for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I was greeted and the appointment was scheduled. While I roamed the store for initial review, Lilly assisted me. Lilly was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Worked with Erica this week for a kitchen faucet and cabinet pulls. She was patient and so very helpful, she made changing color choices very easy after we changed our minds. She was as eager about our new kitchen as we were. Will be back for any needs in the future, will be our first stop on a project!
