They started out talking a good game in 2013. No follow up. I've been very disappointed. Wish that I would have talked my mom into hiring a different law firm.
I felt generally dissapointed with the lack of communication and overall service level, especially with regards to my particular attorney. Mine was not a large personal injury case, but I would be cautious about entrusting them to represent a significant action based on my experience. For a firm that spends so much time and money on press and public relations, they should realize the significance of client service.
