DO NOT RENT AT THESE HORRIBLE APARTMENTS So first off I want to say the managers do not fix anything at all when we had first moved in everything was ok until we looked real good to notice all they did was painted over some broken ugly cabinets from the kitchen and restrooms all the knobs are litterly so old that they are starting to fall off, there's roaches and they Do not do anything about that. Proceed with Caution My family committed to lease this apartment sight unseen, but unfortunately I wouldn't have seen the true issues that exist at The Singing tree. Yes this property is gated, unfortunately with the local homeless population there have been multiple occasions when I awoke to people riffling through the dumpsters for food and cans.
