I had a missed call from Jody to set up an initial appointment. I returned the call and received information and after telling her that I would like the wait she immediately hung the phone up in my face before I could finish talking. Just this initial conversation makes me NOT want to be seen here if I decide to in the future.
From the intake to the appointments I had a very great experience. The staff is wonderful from the friendly Receptionist, nurse Lisa and Ciera and Dr Bailey they were all amazing. I had a Biopsy and it was done so quick and it was completely painless. I chose Pascagoula location versus Ocean Springs because they fit me in within a week. All and all great experience!
I am a patient at SR weight loss. I called their number just after 9 today. I was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and dialed them back. I held until 9:40 and the call was ended on their end.
