Bigger african lady up front so rude. She never looked up to acknowledge me. She was on her phone. The sweet lady on the other side called me over. She helped and was so nice. I kept hearing the woman who ignored me talking about wedding plans. Guess that was more important than helping people. But getting to the back and hearing how the doc talked to people I guess the lady at the front had no worries of getting held to a standard. Wouldn't go back if it was free.
If I could give ZERO stars I would!! The lady " Sherry" at the front desk needs to go home and find her a new job!!! She is absolutely rude and apparently doesn't like her job!!!! I walk in 1237... Would give a zero if possible. I walked into the clinic knowing I did not have an appointment but also knowing they accept walk-ins. There was no patients in the waiting room and no workers at their desks by the windows used to check people in. After standing their searching for someone for 2 minutes I heard someone say "Over here" without attempting in indicate where "here" was. I had an absolutely horrible experience here. Let me be clear, the front desk staff/triage staff were wonderful. Nice, welcoming, and professional. However, Dr. Cooper was extremely rude. Lacked any sense of empathy or understanding. She saw me for less than 3 minutes. Diagnosed me with Strep without even swabbing me. I left feeling like this was wrong, so I came back and asked to be re-evaluated. I explained my symptoms to her. Told her I felt her diagnosis was incorrect. She belittled me. I had a wonderful experience! Front desk ladies were incredibly kind and quick. The provider, Edwina Roland was also amazing and made me feel heard. The nurse that did my bloodwork was fantastic! I usually hate doctor visits, but this one was quick and painless. Definitely recommend.
