Super happy with Dr. Beiner. He takes his time and listens. This was my first appt with him for new patient primary care. He not only listens but had obviously read through my medical record before seeing me. One thing I loved at this office were the Cedar Lake Front Desk Girls!! Wow! Everyone was happy and pleasant and just provided great customer service, lab tech included. Very very different than the last primary care front office where I had to deal with rude and grumpy. Walkin to see our Dr. Raymond Beiner for knee injury. Ms. SHARI WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! WE WANTED TO USE INSURANCE FOR VISIT. SHARI MADE HER MIND UP.....WE WILL NOT SEE YOU BECAUSE IT'S WORKERS COMP. USE INSURANCE 1ST SEE DOCTOR THEN FORWARD TO WORKERS COMP. WE LEFT BECAUSE SHARI REFUSED CARE!!
