Would give a zero if possible. I walked into the clinic knowing I did not have an appointment but also knowing they accept walk-ins. There was no patients in the waiting room and no workers at their desks by the windows used to check people in. After standing their searching for someone for 2 minutes I heard someone say "Over here" without attempting in indicate where "here" was. I had an absolutely horrible experience here. Let me be clear, the front desk staff/triage staff were wonderful. Nice, welcoming, and professional. However, Dr. Cooper was extremely rude. Lacked any sense of empathy or understanding. She saw me for less than 3 minutes. Diagnosed me with Strep without even swabbing me. I left feeling like this was wrong, so I came back and asked to be re-evaluated. I explained my symptoms to her. Told her I felt her diagnosis was incorrect. She belittled me. I had a wonderful experience! Front desk ladies were incredibly kind and quick. The provider, Edwina Roland was also amazing and made me feel heard. The nurse that did my bloodwork was fantastic! I usually hate doctor visits, but this one was quick and painless. Definitely recommend.
My first visit to Singing River Cedar Lake location was to get a DOT exam which consisted of several test, one being the eye chart. I was told by Dr. Cooper that I failed the eye chart. I then made an appointment with an Eye Doctor who has the equipment and specializes in vision. I was told my vision is 20/20. I brought the eye exam results back to Singing River only to be told "I would need to re-take the exam" at my costs. If they made a mistake then fine, fix it.
