This place has really gone downhill since changing to Singing River. The sense of urgency and patient care is none existent. Medical staff want better treatment from patients but cannot do the same for the patients. Brought my daughter in with severe pain she could barely walk had to wait 30 minutes to even be checked in to only be told we have to wait longer. Everyone I have dealt with have been very professional and courteous and kind. Excellent care.
My husband came into the ER with back, stomach, and pain that shoots down his left arm.. they asked his pain level he stated a 7 . We sat in the waiting area over 3+ hrs and watched multiple people go to the back before us ranging from a small cough, to a sore throat, and etc go before us.. when I asked how long is the wait and why are people that just walked in being seen before us they said they can’t tell me anything.. got tired of waiting and received treatment at another hospital.. he could’ve been having a heart attack... read more
This review is specifically related to the ER. My husband went in to their ER 3 different times within 3 weeks due to living in close proximity. He couldn’t feel his foot. First time, CT scan, showed kidney infection . Sent him on his way with just pain meds. 2nd time, CT lumbar scan, then sent him on his way. 3rd time, I dropped him off I told him to ask for an MRI. They did an MRI and him a horrible drug that caused K-hole experience, while he sat in the hallway. Sent him home saying it was a cyst on his spine. We collecte... read more
