The wait times are insane like actually this is taking forever been here for like 4 hours alr sitting in this waiting room… plz yall figure out a way to make this faster, hire more ppl or do what yall need to do to get this shit running smoother n quicker

INCOME IS WAY BELOW AND MEETS ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR RECEIVING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BUT THEY DENIED A 2 PERSON DISABLED HOUSEHOLD WITH 2 PENDING SSDI APPLICATIONS and their reason because they say my husband has a job even though he has suspected Parkinson's and is on short term disability expected to transition to long term disability then SSDI.
