I came to the ER expecting a pleasant and efficient experience. While my visit was quick, it was far from the level of care I expected. The only staff members who made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for were the intake representative, Marquita, another wonderful woman with an accent whose name I unfortunately can't remember, and the sweetest LPN, Ms. Jacqueline Levy.
