RecommendedMy daughter had brain surgery 2 days after Hurricane Zeta hit. After many stressful days worrying about what to do when she was discharged, if we still didn't have power. Your wonderful employees learned of the urgency of her needing electricity. They had our power working within 2 hours after we got home from the hospital. We are so grateful for them!!!
The outage map is unreliable. It will tell you people are working in a certain location when they're not. They will also work on your neighboring roads but then leave and not show up again.
Leadership and direction is trash. Monopolies shouldn't exist. SRE has to be the worst in the state. I wish I could go back to Mississippi Power!
