THE GUYS WERE GREAT THIS MORNING , DOWNED TREE ,6:05AM , TREE COMPANY MADE IT A LITTLE HARDER FOR THE SREPA GUYS , BUT, THEY GOT THE JOB DONE ! TREE COMPANY ALSO LEFT A HUGE MESS . NOW THE ROAD NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED ! THANX TO ALL !
I have power outages ALL THE TIME for absolutely NO LOGICAL REASON!! Its like living in a 3rd world country!! I'm nearly 50 years old and even as a small child 45 years ago I had more reliable electricity! If you can't give me reliable electricity I should be allergic we'd to switch to a company who can!! I'm sure it would be cheaper for you to fix this equipment permanently, than to continually have crews coming out her at 4 in the morning. Y'all are PATHETIC and a disgrace to power companies EVERYWHERE!!
Every time our power goes out they always have it back on very fast!
After a bad first impression and an issue with a deposit being waived, I received a phone call from Eileen and the issue was resolved. I understand that people have bad days and policies are in place for a reason, but there are downtowns extenuating circumstances. When a business acknowledges this and tries to right their wrong, I think that's good customer service. I feel more hopeful now about having service through SRE. Thanks for understanding and fixing an issue!

The last thing you want is for your power to go out on your day off of work. Thank you Singing River Electric for sending someone out immediately to have it fixed. My power was out no longer than an hour. That's quick service!!
