My AC has been broken 3 weeks now the bathroom ceilng has been leaking for months complex has such a high management and maintenance turn over these issues are not being taken care of ...my son has a lung disease and can not breathe well nor should be breathing in the possible moldy environment growing in ceiling... I have reached out numerous times to management to solve and completely fix this situation for us but as to date... have failed..
I am 89. Since I moved here maintenance guys like Ryan and Brent have bent over backwards to fix anything I need. It took a few day but was not a rush. The people here call me grandma and come by to make sure I have all I need. It really is a wonderful place to live.
This place is great. Ryan and Brent do a great job fixing it up. Those that whine are those that expect repairs in five minutes. The landlord tenant act says they can take up to 30 days to fix most stuff. With so many units I doubt anyone could do any better then Brent, Ryan and jj did. As for living here you find us residence pitch in to make it great too. We run a food bank. We are on private group on Facebook where we organize events. Never had I seen a place as good as this one. Been here 7yrs and 6 months ago I would've said run as far as u can from here. But now I think it's a great place to live.
