Do not use this company! She said she needed money upfront for supplies and has never came to do anything. Has made promises to come numerous times and then doesn't show up. Then will not respond to calls. I was finally able to speak to a gentleman named Greg and they promised to come the next morning at 1030. At 9 I texted to make sure and received a text they were packing up the van to come. Again never showed up. Would not respond to any texts or calls. I have asked for my money back and she will not.

If I could rate this a negative 5, I would...absolute, hands down the worst, lying, no communication business I've ever encountered. Very quick to set up the pool cleaning time and take my $$. Supposed to be out Sat noonish, never showed up. Said twice they were on their way. Keri finally answered our call Sat night and apologized and said some problems with another client came up. I understand that, but a 20 second text to me would of been nice. Then promised first thing Sunday...shocking never showed up. Tjis time she said... read more

Was 4 hours late from the scheduled time. She finally said 25 mins out, so not come till an hour later. Now dealing with Zelle to get our 135.50 back. Don't trust this lady. We called from 3 different phones multiple times after she was late by 30 mins when she said 25 mins. She ignored all calls trying to cancel with her.
