The response from management claims I am in agreement that service was performed. That is NOT true. The response from management also alludes to compensation being given which is also NOT true. They did not show anything that offered proof that the oil was changed. I was surprised by the manager who chewed me out being on the call with the main manager as a way to chill the discussion, then was bombarded with sales style jargon and double talk while the main manager tried to put words in my mouth. We has an amazing experience here at Subaru Riverside. George assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable of the Ascent. He was patient with our numerous questions, including a last minute change in the color Ascent we selected. We had never leased before and George took the time to go over the lease and what it entails. There was no back and forth on pricing. Rodent damage under the hood of our car while in Big Bear. Subaru Roadside Service towed our vehicle to DCH Subaru of Riverside where we were met with professionals who helped diagnose and fix the problems. Although the damage was extensive, DCH provided us with a rental car and timely updates. Marvin and Julio worked with our insurance and provided the Subaru Love that sets Subaru apart from others.
