I have been going to this practice for a while now and look forward to the visit. I have never had a problem with parking or access to the office. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. My needs have been met and I feel my outlook on life has improved tremendously. Our sessions have made me see things more clearly and more importantly feel better. This doctor is a very caring and wise person who knows a lot about the science of psychiatry. If only all practices were this good.

It was satisfactory Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Absolutely Not!

Very rude and incompetent staff. Unproffessional provider that did not hesitate to place blame on a patient. Receptionist, who frequently was not present at the office, is notorous for raising her voice towards patients, and even knocking over objects in a fit of rage in front of patients in the waiting room. Provider also leaves windows open during consultation for anyone outside of the building to hear. I only choose her because she is one of the last providers accepting new patients in Anthem, now I know why.

Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
