Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor
