35 years later and our family is still recovering from his self importance. I see from past reviews he still hasn't grown up and out of the shadow of his more qualified and skilled brother, Daniel.
Do not go to this guy! I paid him to do a evaluation on me for child custody and he didn’t even do it but sent results over that was the worst you could get and I still haven’t seen my kids in over a year because of him.
Dr. William (Bill) Singer, is highly qualified, competent, confident, most importantly genuinely caring Professional. He is blessed with the much required skill and empathy which enable him to evaluate situations, resulting in positive life changing solutions. Thank you! For all that you do Doc! God Bless you!
Dr. Singer is a true advocate for children and families in the PNW. He understands the challenges that separated families face and his many years of experience have helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Singer.
