I cannot imagine purchasing a machine from anyone else. The knowledge and experience provided by this shop is wonderful. An established Austin landmark that speaks volumes for their sales and service through the years. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
Lovely folks who helped me find just the right fabric.
Could not have a purchased a sewing machine for my wife at a better place than this. They helped me thru the purchase process to help me make sure I got the right one. She was unable to use the embroidery feature because the thread continuously broke. We went in and tried some tension adjustments and we got back home and same thing. We live a ways out of town so getting back in to town when they are open and us working was near impossible.
