Teri was so helpful and kind when picking out a new machine. So many options here and you can demo whatever one you want!
I brought in a 1960s family heirloom Singer machine that needed fixing. The kind staff tried to fix it right then and there before ultimately determining it needed to be serviced. They estimated 3-4 weeks but it was ready and fixed in a week! I also learned I needed a special needle for specific fabric and a staff member said she’d be ordering more to stock up in store. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They are incredibly knowledgeable, fun, kind, and overall sell exceptional products. I’ve never experienced this level of amazing customer service. Their classes are fabulous too!
