Horrible service and expensive. Scheduled a meeting to distribute pool keys, but the pool keys weren't ready. Then said they would deliver keys to each house, but didn't. Then, with only 3 days notice, set up a two hour window to pick up the keys, and anyone who missed that meeting has to drive to their office in Irving to get them (our community is in Argyle 40 minutes away). We drove to Irving to get the keys in the time window they gave, but all of the employees were out of the office, so we still have not received them. ... read more
