診所整體專業願意耐心解釋，前檯熟悉私人保險（Medibank），在送進診間前主動開立quote並說明清楚價格與項目，我提出不必要的項目就取消並開立另一張quote，中英語均流利。
I had a fantastic experience here yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr Harrison Wong was fantastic. He was direct, efficient, calm and helped me so much with two extractions. I will be coming here more and more and I could not recommend them enough, from the doctor to reception to his dental nurse, all fantastic. 5 stars !

NOT an airway dentist. They are solely about BITE. I was here for 10 years and saw 3 different dentists and not one told me that I had recessed jaws, might have sleep apnoea or breathing problems and could solve it with jaw surgery. When finding out about my forward head posture being related to my recessed jaws, I asked them for a referral to a surgeon and they refused because they "didn't see anything wrong" with my jaw.
