They dont know how to respect their customers. They were extremely rude when we just asked for something they were selling at a convention before…
I have been going to Sing Sang for years now, always for all my watch batteries but also some jewelry repair and gift purchases. Anita and William Chang are smart, welcoming, reliable, honest, knowledgeable and absolutely delightful.
I brought in a fashion watch that had mixed materials, metal and acrylic, but when replacing my watch battery the acrylic cracked. They didn’t even assess my watch before they pried it open to change the battery. They tried to quickly fix it during the final check of replacing the battery but then realized they had to glue it back together. I had to come back later 3 hours later for the glue to dry and once i got it back my watch had a big crack on the clear acrylic on the face of the watch and was so disappointed.
