I brought in a fashion watch that had mixed materials, metal and acrylic, but when replacing my watch battery the acrylic cracked. They didn’t even assess my watch before they pried it open to change the battery. They tried to quickly fix it during the final check of replacing the battery but then realized they had to glue it back together. I had to come back later 3 hours later for the glue to dry and once i got it back my watch had a big crack on the clear acrylic on the face of the watch and was so disappointed.

I walked in to cut the band of my watch. Shop owners are super sweet, kind and friendly. Only $5 and super quick service!! Highly recommend. Shop owners recommend calling before coming in

Ce n’était pas si simple et j’ai vu qu’elle a endommagé mon joint d’étanchéité. On me demande de laisser la montre et de venir le lendemain, son mari va s’en occuper.
