Happen to go there yesterday for Chinese New Year! Ordered a few manapuas, Jin Dui, and of course the White Sweet Rice Cake. Good to share with friends, they enjoyed it a lot.

Always get baked char siu bao. Mac nut sesame chews, coconut cocktail buns, black sugar & coconut gin dui, joong w beans, ma tai soo, biggest pork hash in town & a tub of puffed rice. We go in hungry & eagerly scarf half of our bounty on the way home.

In addition to Gau, the coconut jin dui is a favorite treat that my friends and I enjoy every year as part of our Chinese New Year tradition.

It's always a must stop when I'm in Chinatown. Have been going there since I was a little kid. It was a favorite of my Mom, we always had the sponge cake. Too bad they don't make it anymore. Now I get pork hash, rice cake, tea cookie, honey twist and sometimes the custard bun and peanut candy...soooo ono!!!
