We are an old-fashioned 5 & 10 complete with a soda fountain. Our inventory includes stationery, hardware, house wares, toys, crafts, notions, dry goods and gifts. We carry over 10 varieties of bulk candy as well as dozens of novelty and penny candies. Breakfast and lunch is served at our soda fountain that boasts an original root beer barrel. History of Quakertown and the store. A store and museum in one. Plus a lunch counter. You can't find that many places.
One of the best places Quakertown still has! We need to support this local business like no other! They have been here for us for over a hundred years and they love serving their business and customers. Stop in at Sines they will be more than happy to see you come in and enjoy their business. If you eat at the lunch counter you get the personal communication that no one else provides anymore. They speak to you by name, talk to you and simply just care.
Great Quakertown tradition. Good family run business. Really neat store , with a great lunch counter. Daily lunch specials.
Good old fashioned store. There should be more of this.
I grew up with this store. As a kid I would walk there every Friday after I got my allowance and buy a new model to work on. I also lived above there in one of the apartments they had. Love that store. It still has all the charm that it had 20 years ago.
I love the old time feeling I get when I walk in the door ! And the food is the best !!
