It's a nice neighborhood to live but the management is poorly and they seem to raise the lot rent every other year and the manager is heartless if you get behind on the lot rent they threaten to evict you and they favorite pple if you're a colored person watch out cause they'll start finding little things to pick on you and than they'll kick you out when they dislike you finding a dumb excuse....
