This is my experience based with Realtor Joe Vendetti I’m not the person to usually leave bad reviews, but this is a time I have to warn others. My boyfriend and I were looking to rent an apartment in Royal Oak (601 N Main St.). We scheduled a tour with Joe and he showed up a couple of hours late to the showing after multiple unanswered phone calls.
