Women steer clear. Unless you enjoy misogynistic employees questioning your presence, purchases and lying to your face. Plus the aggresive mansplaining. Absolutely disgusted by my experience trying to buy supplies today. I left without what I needed and frustrated by the unbelievably rude and inappropriate misogyny that is clearly rampant in this location. Only ONE out of 4 Male employees appologized as I left. Do better Sine.
we went to buy screws as they were close 3 out of the 4 screws we tried first stripped out. they sell defective products and when we went to return the box less than 30 minutes later the associate decided that they needed to charge us for the defective screws we had 'used' .... only reason. we got a full refund was a manager said it was too much work to charge us for the damaged screws which we were trying to also hand to them just not in the box. we will not be returning here
RecommendedAsk for Dutcher when you go in! (He told me to say that!) They have the best customer service. I went there because I knew they would help me cut pvc pipe to specs for a project. He took all the time and was professional and pleasant. Why would I go any where else!!
