Sindeo made the process of financing our first home simple and seamless. I loved the level of communication we had throughout the process. There was never a point that we didn't know what was happening and why. I would definitely use them again and would (and have) recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.
We worked with Trevor Smith (based out of St. Pete) on buying our first home in Orlando FL, and he did a great job. We really didn't know what to expect or what our options were going into the process and he explained everything to us simply and got us a great rate. The process was actually pretty smooth - much better than I ever expected for a mortgage transaction. Paperwork was mostly done electronically and our closing took less than an hour. I generally don't care for people in the mortgage industry. I've had bad experiences in the past, but Todd Rowland has helped change my negative opinion. He was great to work with. He was always available to answer questions and was never pushing too hard for the sell. I felt confident in his knowledge and trusted his intentions to find the best opportunity for me. I was dreading the whole process of refinancing, but I had to finally look around (my interest rate was higher and my credit had improved). I found Sindeo through Zillow ads. Right from my first call with them till the close, it was a great experience. Anil did a terrific job to help us with our refinance. He was very friendly, knowledgable and patient all long. We had a great experience with an awesome mortgage advisor at Sindeo, Trevor Smith. Trevor was the main reason we chose to go with Sindeo and throughout the process we were very happy with that choice. Immediate responses from Trevor were always received from the beginning to the end of the process. As far as I can tell, Sindeo is a scam organization that is now selling my identity on the black market. If they start returning my calls and actually get our loan closed I might change my tune.
Dealing with Sindeo has its ups and downs. Mike Sasse met with me and my wife at their office and had all the we paperwork we needed to sign available and ready. He explained the loan process and the different forms. During the loan process my, assigned loan officer, Jacob Dumphy, usually returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. New to the whole thing, I know I was not supposed to sign up to those online ads but I did and I had quite a few mortgage brokers that called me back. Out of all of them Jason Le was the best. He actually wanted to meet face to face and discuss my finances unlike the other ones asking me to fill out some forms online. He also educated me, contingencies, PMIs, all the variables in mortgage lending today and it helped us alot.
