We just had dinner here and it was fabulous and the service was exceptional. Salmon sandwich was amazing.
I had the opportunity to eat lunch at Sinclairs on monday. Wonderful experience! I had the salmon sandwich, and my mom had the crab cakes. My salmon was cooked perfect, and tasted amazing. Loved the flavor combos. Mom was very happy to have something a little different for a lunch option. So nice to see this edition to blue springs. Will be recommending to many.
Great service, fun atmosphere and amazing food! I had a strip steak that was cooked to perfection and my wife had the excellent pork cutlet. We will be back for sure.
Blue Springs really needed a restaurant like this. All items are scratch made, with the exception of the breads and pasta noodles. Menu is fun and more upscale, and the prices aren't. Our server Jordan was great and the GM came out and spent time talking with us. Definitely need to stop in and check it out!
A much needed and welcome addition to Blue Springs! The food was delicious, as was the dessert, which was worth every calorie. The atmosphere is inviting and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
Had dinner with my wife and kids here last night. Food was EXCELLENT so was the staff. Met the owner, great guy. It is nice to have a new restaurant in Blue Springs that's not Chinese or Mexican food .We will for sure be back. Being a small business owner in Blue Springs myself I know how tough it can be to succeed. I don't think Sinclair's will have any problem.
Great food. Great drinks. Had to leave because too many kids in the bar. Not a good bar to unwind with kids screaming.
Definately a big plus for District 1! I have long awaited a first class sit down business class welcoming restaraunt where a man can take a woman on a date and really have a nice gourmet meal with a bottle of wine...or 2. 5 stars! Well done!
