First of all, I liked the inside peaceful environment, the spaced out seating arrangements, and the courtesy and efficiency of our friendly, smiling waitress. Secondly, the large glass windows that provided an excellent view of our Beautiful Lake Martin were very inviting! Needless to say, the delicious food was served in a timely manner. Really good food and great service even with all the restrictions due to COVID
I so appreciate Kowaliga staff delivering food dockside to boats during our pandemic. It was an efficient way to keep customers at a distance while providing a very needed service. And it’s ALWAYS delicious! We ate on their porch today, and I’m happy to say the staff is observing all safety guidelines, even some I hadn’t thought of. It is well managed, despite another reviewer’s nasty comments. A little gratitude and patience during rough waters would serve us all well. Obviously no one with any management or training skills working there. No decent customer service at all. Practiced and programmed responses to cover their own inadaquacies!!! A total joke!! Paid 35 dollars for cold food!!! Pathetic!!
