Love going to Lake Martin. I grew up in Alex City and spent a lot of time on the lake. Best fried catfish I've had in years. Really enjoyed it.
My second trip, and I will swim across Lake Martin just to have that cheeseburger again. oh my good Lawd, my taste buds were surely blessed on Friday, I love you Guys, and the hospitality #Southern like no other �

I took my niece and nephew from Cullman over for lunch Sunday. We sat outside to eat and really enjoyed the view the food was delicious.
Was amazing great view great food and great workers even though the girls standing at the booth as u enter could have been more exciting when ppl enter and exit but the food topped that so I was still happy..!!!!��
The staff was very busy but friendly. The food was delicious. The view - spectacular! The memories I have from being brought many years ago by my grandfather - sweet.
We rode down for the afternoon and thoroughly loved it. We sat outside on the deck and the view was breathtaking. There were eight of us and we ordered a variety of items. All stated the food was very good. Service was also good.
Beautiful place, awesome views. Service was good. But: my wife had the ribeye sandwich which was mostly fat and gristle. I had the catfish, it was good but the tartar sauce was watery and the hush puppies lacked some what. Brother in law had the shrimp and grits, he said it was very good but not much of it. My sister had the catfish and was happy with it. It was my birthday so we ordered the blue berry cobbler. It was full of blueberries but not much crust or cobbler or bread in it.
