As the previous reviews state, some of the employees such as Paul prefer to be a hindrance than helpful. I can use my visa debit literally everywhere but this guy wants me to drive from Lillooet to kamloops, a 2 hour drive each way to come and pay for parts. Out of their minds. I'll just start getting my parts elsewhere.
Anne at Sinclair supply Kamloops branch is a Superstar! She checked the part number I gave her for an airflow differential switch in seconds, told me they had it in stock, less than a minute later she had it in her hands, texted me a photo to confirm it was correct, got my address for my preferred courier and had it on its way hold for pickup next day in Williams Lake! Older guy behind the counter was rude and arrogant. Wanted to buy a couple of grommets for my furnace and he asked if I was ticketed, to which I replied “you need a ticket to change a grommet”? He had no response other than to essentially ask me to leave. I could understand his hesitation to sell me a gas valve or something like that but grommets??
