DO NOT purchase anything from this organization. The salesman will lie to you on everything. My husband and I asked for the out the door price, to just find out they were going to stick us with all inspection and other fees. The home we were looking at purchasing went from $195K to over $250K. Communication is nonexistent and the salesman laughs as if everything is funny. I did not find anything funny about the behavior or poor service.

DON’T I repeat DON’T buy from this place. Save yourself some heartache! New day same excuse. Salesman tells so many lies he doesn’t know which lie he has already told. Got half a home sitting on my property. One day concrete shortage, next day truck broke down.
Salesman Don was very rude when I asked a question about how much a Scotbilt model ran on the lot with some changes made. I felt disrespected and as I simply turned and walked out the door he even raised his voice. He didn't seem to like it because my wife and I were wanting to view the models on their lot after letting him know we had previously been looking at models on a lot in Waycross, GA. There is no way I would purchase any model from this dealer! My # is 9123815678.
