Outstanding service! I had surgery and needed wound care. I was scared because my wound was pretty big and deep. I didn’t know what to expect until I met the owner (and nurse) Jaime. He not only provided excellent and professional service, he was encouraging and kind in a way that we need our nurses to be. It’s rare to find that kind of service. Exceptional home health services. We had never used home health before, but after my mom got sick with Covid and was hospitalized for 5 months, we needed it. During our first months with her home, we did have a different home heath that provided services at the time because of the type of insurance she had, but once she became eligible for Medicare, Sincerity took over.
