went in to the shop and asked for trim and to not cut too much. she cut too much there was nothing i could do because the hair was already cut but then i seen the sides were longer than the top so i asked Coco if she can fix then sides and line them up so the hair can look all even. Coco(the owner) refused service after saying I was too complicated she probably got embarrased that i told her she cut too much and to fix the sides because there were people in the shop mind you i was super nice to Coco. I went to get a haircut today, told the stylist (her name is Coco) what I wanted done, to which she responded with some other suggestion that she think would suit me; I stupidly accepted. She left my hair looking uneven from the side, absolutely NO trim in the back of my hair (even though that was what I came for). The layers I had in my hair looks choppy. Walked in Today and they refused to do my hair. No black hair lol I said u don’t do sew in weaves? No. Ok what about a shampoo? No. Ok thennn
