Horrible office staff, total hit or miss with the doctors. The doctors I like left the practice and the doctor I had afterward had no bedside manner and didn’t give proper follow up after procedure. Not responsive to post procedure questions either. I will be switching to another practice
Horrible staff!!! They have no empathy towards the patients. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. On contrary the doctors are good.
If I could, I would have given this place a zero. The front desk service is terrible. They have a policy that allows a 5-minute grace period if you're late, but I arrived just 7 minutes late at 38 weeks pregnant, and they canceled my appointment. This isn’t the first time either—on another occasion, I was 7 minutes late and had to argue with the front desk to be seen. There were no other patients, so the doctor could have easily seen me if they prioritized patient care over a strict 5-minute rule. Every time I arrive on time... read more
Completely unprofessional care and a giant mess of an administration. The system is a mess. You can have an urgent health problem and not hear back from your doctor or a nurse for days. This is not at the fault of the healthcare providers but at the fault of the system and administration’s organization. You can have insurance and a doctor but still be forced to go to patient first or an urgent care for help. I love my doctor and the staff but will be leaving the practice as I need better care and consideration for my health ... read more
