Honestly they only got 2 stars cause they have such amazing nurses but over all they lack any type communication, scheduling and help.
Sorry but the unqualified receptionist Tanya R. took 1 hours trying to check us in to have a visit with our new bundle of joy she was extremely slow and looked satisfied to tell us after the long wait we infact couldn't go visit due to the baby having the max amount of visits earlier in the day smh....
I had my son here back in 2021. I went in for a scheduled csections. My experience in the OR and in recovery was great (besides the fact that they didn’t let me hold my son for an hour after he came out when I wrote it in my birth plan that I wanted to be the first to hold him and it was so important for me to hold him as soon as he came out.
