Everyone is very nice and helpful here.
The physicians are fine, but you have to get through the absolutely indifferent front desk and nursing staff and it just isn't worth it. Hold out for a place where the staff actually care to respond to your requests for refills of the (totally standard, not a controlled substance) medication the doctor prescribed to help keep you alive.

I am seriously troubled by the recent developments regarding my loved one's admissions to the Psych ward. The fact that he has been admitted twice within a span of two months is concerning enough, but what is even more unsettling is the apparent rush with which the case worker wants to discharge the patient to any facility that will accept him, without properly evaluating the suitability of the placement. Tried calling to check on a family member two days in a row...first time a security guard answered and hung up on me when I tried to ask for the nurse, second time I got thru to a nurse working midnight shift, third time was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before I got a click in my ear and fourth time they hung up on me. I'm really disappointed that people do not have the skills to work with telephones or know how to take messages...
