This review is specifically for Michael Kaplan- he was the receptionist for a recent visit at the Gastroenterology/Endoscopy Department... I hope somehow his boss sees this because this man deserves a raise. Hands down the BEST customer service I've received in years!!! The kind where someone actually goes above and beyond, and makes you want to come back to a place (which is a tall order, nobody likes hospitals haha). If I still had a company where I was hiring staff, I would try to steal this man to work on my team. Thanks... read more

This office need to better understand their own procedures n stop confusing their patients. Run around, run around, run around. DO you like your jobs at this clinic
The Doctors were very nice. Perhaps a young lady last named Miss Barnes had a very unpleasant odor. She smelled like fish. The aroma made my stomach upset. When I went for my second appointment I requested someone else instead of Miss Barnes
The worst Dr office, I canceled my colonoscopy, going to a different doctor
