Was a delightful Individual to deal with. Real helpful and straightforward.
At first, The practice was very easy to set up an appointment, every visit so far had always been right on time. Dr.Hakue is also very pleasant to talk to and I truly feel like he understands my feelings and concerns. He has helped guide me and assist me in my treatment with the right medications. After trying numerous times to book an appointment and only getting answering machine, finally speak directly to a person who schedules me on what turns out to be Memorial day. Get a message telling me they'll be closed that day and will need to reschedule (then why was I booked on that date in the first place?) Reschedule another 3 weeks out for a televisit at 10:30 am.
