I absolutely love having a doctor who isn’t affiliated with either of the major healthcare networks. Sent paperwork as requested. No return phone call, per company policy weighing 24-48 hours. Called to follow up only to be informed that Highmark EPO isn't accepted despite the "Accepting All Major Insurance Plans" on their website. If this is how they handle perspective patients I can only imagine how they care for their real ones.
