I have been going to dr sims for over nine years. He has always made me comfortable and given me options to fix teeth or pull. I have always hated going to the dentist. I will say that is not the issue at Dr Sims office.
Experience was bad to say the least. I was there for a filling and he removed a filling next to the tooth to be filled. I was upset and cried a little, but the dentist has no compassion for other people's emotions or feelings. He acted disgusted that I was in tears. Will never go back. Also, I confirmed with the dentist that I had before this one(on the same day) that indeed my good filling was removed. The dentist really needs to have more compassion and should be considerate of customers.
