Professional, excellent service, very knowledgeable. Very fair priced. We highly recommend Sims HVAC. They maintain and install all of our equipment in 7 different houses. You won't be disappointed!
We have used Sims for close to thirty years. We have always received excellent service from them. We recently had a new furnace placed in our home and the whole process was very smooth. We appreciate their courteous exceptional service. Every time.
Dont waist your time with this place they do not care about you. I asked for a 3pm appointment the lady taking calls and scheduling kept saying 1 to 4 appointments and did not care one bit that I absolutely could not do before 3pm at the very earliest and she was not very nice at all so I called the next day and canceled. Found a great place that will work with me and happy to do so.
We had our furnace replaced this last year. No one ever wants to do that and it is never cheap. I have been impressed with Sims throughout the whole process. Not only have they delivered a quality product that keeps the house warm, they treated me like a true customer the whole process. Technicians were kind and thorough. I strongly recommend them for all your needs. They will treat you right!
